The Alliance Defense Fund, on behalf of taxpayer-plaintiffs, is challenging the order of the county executive of Westchester County, New York, to recognize non-local same-sex marriages for county purposes. Lambda Legal has intervened as a defendant in the case.

The trial court has rejected the challenge, and ADF has filed a notice of appeal. The appeal is pending.
